The new Samsung Flash Memory Ready to Make Cell Phone Faster

Samsung starts mass producing flash memory is a new mobile device, dubbed the Samsung Embedded Multimedia Card (EMMC) Pro Class 1500. Samsung claims a data storage chip this would make the phones work and tablet four times faster.

Samsung EMMC Pro Class 1500 will be made in the storage capacity of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. This memory is made with 20nm fabrication process, and fully managed by the NAND memory.

"By producing EMMC Samsung 64GB Pro Class 1500, we are very pleased to deliver mobile data storage solution that supports high performance standards of new EMMC, for mobile device makers around the world," said Jaehyeoung Lee, Vice President Product Planning Memory Samsung, as quoted by Samsung's official blog Tomorrow, Thursday (02/08/2012).

Samsung said the EMMC Pro Class 1500 will improve performance. He was able to load web pages faster, and provide better image display for 3D gaming, augmented reality, and high definition video.

Samsung start making EMMC in January 2010, but only now Samsung's mass production mobile device memory.
