Logitech launched a new device called the Logitech keyboard Wireless Touch Keyboard K400r. Different from the keyboard in general, K400r equipped with a touchpad that is usually present in the netbook and notebook.
The touchpad that has a 3.5-inch wide may be used to operate a computer, without having to use the mouse.
Logitech claims the touchpad is already supporting navigation of Windows 8, both vertically and horizontally.
To use the touchpad, users do not need to install additional drivers or software. Users only need to plug the receiver in the USB port and features can be directly used.
K400r is equipped with a wireless connection, allowing users to operate the device remotely. According to Logitech, K400r has a wireless range up to 10 meters.
For business wireless, Logitech uses 2.4GHz frequency bands.
Battery life on this device is very efficient. Logitech claims that K400r battery can last up to 1 year. This device also is equipped with On / Off button to save battery support.
