Anyone know exercise is good for health, not least for children or our baby. Exercise is must be socialized early on. The goal, in order to form a healthy habit within the baby. Interestingly, exercise is not only beneficial for the baby's health, but also develop himself useful to his future.

Exercise can prevent baby suffering from obesity. This was disclosed by researchers at the Centers for Disease Control stating that one of the problems of children in America are obese. Being overweight can generate new problems that the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure are three times as an adult. With exercise, calories will be burned and prevented obesity.

Intelligence can also be increased. Researchers at Michigan State University's Institute revealed, the son who likes to exercise proved to be more intelligent than those who do not. This could be because when you exercise the child is taught to practice concentration on the task and manage time more effectively.

In everyday life, as it sports, the baby can learn to accept defeat, winning respect and sportsmanship. This can make them appreciate other people and learn to work hard to achieve their goals.

In addition, through sport, the baby learned about self-confidence. Sports provide opportunities for learning, achievement, and positive thinking about themselves through skills development.

Instead of doing useless activities like playing games too long, the sport can be a pastime activity.
