Mozilla is better known as a producer of the Firefox browser application is busy preparing homemade mobile operating system, the Firefox OS. The plan rival Android operating system will be launched in 2013.
One of the preparations made by Mozilla is expanding the number of applications for Firefox OS by way of "wooing" the application developers (developers). In order for developers willing to develop applications for Firefox OS, specifically Mozilla Firefox mobile OS will make a special developer.
So the mobile phone OS is a Firefox issue or a specific model for the application developers, not for regular users.
Mozilla also has a Spanish holding company, Geeksphone, to develop and distribute Firefox-based mobile OS specifically for the application developer (developer preview). No half-hearted, set up two phone models Mozilla developer preview.

Mozilla promises to bring this device in February 2013. Unfortunately, information about prices and how to get these phones, have not been disclosed by Mozilla.
Before the two phones are present, there are several ways that can be done by the developer to try out the application. They can use a browser-based OS or an application simulator Firefox Firefox Marketplace for Android.
The developers are also able to flash ROM Android devices with the latest version of Firefox OS.
Firefox OS is a new mobile operating system being developed by Mozilla. OS is based on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In addition, Firefox OS also expected to be a competitor to Android and iOS are already dominating the market first.
