10 Tips for Healthy Lifestyle (Healthy is Expensive, but it's easy to be healthy)

Having a healthy body is the desire of all people. Because a healthy body we can do anything without any problems. There is even a Chinese proverb says that "Health is Wealth." And the saying is absolutely true. Health is a very important property once owned by our bodies. So, we must take care of it properly.


Not long ago, I had a fever. And the pain was disturbing all my activities as usual. Because of fever accompanied with dizziness and fatigue that strikes my body made me helpless and just locked in a room and bed were small and medicine should I take. And it really does not taste good at all for me. Because I can do is lie down, eat, watch TV, and sleep, nothing more.

Apparently, it is very important that we have a healthy and fit body. Because a healthy body reflects a healthy spiritual. People who have a healthy body means people do not have a disruption in the physical and non-physical. Impaired physical body means diseases that attack our bodies, and we can see the body and the physical body. While the non-physical disorders related to mental health conditions, heart, and mind.

Both of these should be balanced. Imagine, what would happen if someone has a healthy body but it has a spiritual illness? Definitely would not have happiness in his life, but the stress in her life. Since one of the conditions people have a life of happiness in life is when men have a healthy body and mind healthy. Or conversely, what if someone has a healthy spiritual and physical state of the body but of the sick? Definitely will not be optimal in usual activities. Thus, health is very important in our lives, especially in reaching happiness of life.

Health can not be measured by wealth though. Pure gold, a beautiful gem, even sparkling diamonds can not be compared with a health. The proof, many people are strewn with treasures fancy but has a body that was sick even to die and leave her fortune. So, what good is it?

Here are 10 easy ways from me to you in order to have a healthy life:

  1. Arrange your eating patterns well. That is not indiscriminate and excessive in eating. This is what I call self control. 
  2. Exercise regularly. That is very useful exercise to increase your endurance, burn fat and increase your metabolism.
  3. Do not be too concerned about the protracted problem. But the problem is slowly finish while giving thanks for what you are getting. As there is a saying: "A joyful heart is medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones." So, Rejoice always in life.
  4. Eat nutritious eating food. Looks like 4 healthy 5 perfect pattern needs to be increased again.
  5. Enough rest. Rest is useful to reflect on your thoughts for a moment from the life activity that you do.
  6. Try to make time for refreshing yourself with friends.
  7. Try to think positive about anything that comes to challenge your ego.
  8. Take care of your Cleanliness. As there is a saying: "Cleanliness is half of faith."
  9. Pray. Prayer to keep your spiritual relationship with God the giver of life and health.
  10. Drink water every day, and at least 8 glasses a day.
