A very exaggerated fear of the object or circumstances or called phobias are of different kinds. One is Nomophobia (no-mobile-phone-phobia), while fear losing cell phone.
Human life is already rely on technology. The thought of losing the phone just is not inconceivable.
A survey of SecurEnvoy said that 66 percent of people who had a cell phone is nomophobic.
Here are signs that you are nomophobic:
1. Dreams lost phone. Do you often have nightmares and wake up panicked lost cell phone to make sure the item is still there?
2. Sleeping with the phone. There are people who can not sleep without putting the phone under or next to the pillow.
3. Esophageal panic if you can not find the phone. If you put the phone in bed and could not find it again. When you realize that your phone is lost, if you are in a cold sweat and feel you can not do anything about it? A little panic is normal, but if excessive panic attacks, beware.
4. Bring a cell phone into the bathroom. Whatever you are waiting for an important call, it can wait while you have shitting. Unless there is an emergency situation between life and death, such habits can be classified as nomophobic.
5. Having two phones. Some people have two phones as a precaution in case one is lost, so there is a backup. No problem has two phones, but if you are too worried so keep a backup, it's too much.
6. Bad mood when the phone battery is running low. Many people are grumpy when cell phone battery is nearly depleted. They become depressed and upset because panicked phone will run out of battery.
7. Flight mode. Are you among those who immediately turned on the phone when the plane lands? It shows that you are not calm when not connected to the phone.
