Sony has just announced their latest generation console, the PlayStation 4 (PS 4). Analyst Michael Pachter speculated, the new console will be priced cheaper than the PlayStation 3 (PS 3).
Pachter estimates, successor to the PS 3 will be priced at USD399 or USD449. He further explained, PS 3 debut with the price of USD599 in 2006. Thus quoted from Softpedia, Sunday (24/02/2013).
"We remain confident that the PS4 will be sold at a cheaper price than the PS3," said the analyst.
Pachter noted, tarbaru for PS4 games there were not significant changes in terms of quality. Thus, developers and publishers in this case does not need to invest too high to set a budget game development.
