Smartphone is a versatile device with a variety of capabilities that can help our daily activities. Although more often heard as a device which has advantages in terms of hardware, multimedia and reliable, in fact, the smartphone has another function as a document scanning device.
Quoted from Mashable, Monday (25/02/2013), a tool named Scandock scan documents, claiming that the instrument will change your own smartphone into a professional scan tool. With the use of a relatively simple, the tool was able to provide high-quality printouts.
Although not included as a portable tool, the tool aims to replace conventional scanners and multi-function printers that exist in the workplace. In the website Kickstarter, Scandock explain that you just have to put smartphones in the space provided for the light turns on automatically, then open the app and use it to scan supporting documents.
For information, the device has a base color Scandock called Image IQ, this base will provide an embedded color profile every scan. Application Scandock own use color information to improve the profile picture, by converting it to the desired document. In the comparison of the results of the scan, the use of other applications would provide different results.
