Your MS. Word file damaged? check this tips!

There's a funny story about my girlfriend who is completing the task when she worked on my laptop, unintended sudden there is a macro virus that goes into my laptop. At the time of conducting public want to print the task, my girlfriend finally move the file to the USB and want to print it to a PC, all of a sudden her file could not be opened in MS Word on the PC and just display a message box that the file is corrupted, as shown in below.

Here we do not panic and fear, but we take the lesson and the beauty of how to file is damaged and it's worth returning to normal. Before any MS Word in Windows, existing software for typing too, for example, Notepad and Wordpad. To repair the file, follow these steps:

Right-click on the infected files, then select Open with Wordpad as shown below.

If it is open in Wordpad, save again by selecting file> Save As. Then name the way you want and add at the end giving it a name. Doc (eg Skripsi.doc). Then select the Save As Type Format Rich Text Format (RTF).
