The first generation of MP4-12C Supercar was launched in 2009 and, as a very positive response, the British super car manufacturer, McLaren, McLaren MP412C ready to launch a new generation for the global automotive market.
After a lot of light, finally announced that McLaren MP4-12C new generation of Spider will be released to the public next week and it has opened bookings throughout the McLaren dealership both in the United States (U.S.) and Europe. Thus was launched Inautonews, Sunday (01/07/2012).
MP4-12C Spider new generation is much changed compared to previous generation. Besides the spectacular appearance, energy is also changing is now equipped with 3.8-liter V8 twin turbo.
The machine is capable of spewing out 616 horsepower at 7500 RPM engine speed and torque of 600 Nm at 3000 engine rpm to 7,000 rpm. The machine was an additional 25 horsepower of power, so much faster than its predecessor.
Regarding the price, for consumers who are in the United States will be priced at $ 241,800. These prices are much more expensive than the previous generation. Reportedly, the MP4-12C Spider will first be launched in the U.S. than in their home country, England.
