Netmums parenting website and the charity Kids Company have joined forces to try to increase the donation of more than £1 million to help hungry children and those at risk.
They say it's the same every phone donated to feed the child for a month for the children.
In a 1116 survey involving parents, Netmums found that one in four people (24%) knew that a child in their area at risk of hunger.
Less than a third (29%) said they saw an increase in children who suffer from "food insecurity" over the last two years.
More than 12 months, Kids Company, who worked in the capital, has reported an increase of more than 200% of children are threatened.
The average age of the 17,000 children who come to the center it is 10 years.
With the launch of a mobile phone campaign for food, her organization hopes to raise additional funding for children who are threatened with starvation.
Child poverty
However, data published by the children living in poverty in Britain fell to 300,000 in 2010-11 to 2.3 million children. About 18% of children living in poverty fell 2%.

Camila Batmanghelidjh, founder of Kids Company said: "We are seeing more and more children are more difficult to get food."
"We have children who are hungry and steal frozen food from a flat they are visiting. We also see parents who do not make food storage at home.
"Kids do not have a public vote so they can not tell us. We have a collective responsibility to ensure every child's well-fed."
Netmums founder Siobhan Freegard said, "This campaign is about mothers across the UK are experiencing an unexpected situation.
"It's scary to realize how many children who suffer throughout the UK."
