For people who watched too many episodes of The Jetsons may consider having a robot like Rosie. In fact, recently being developed a robot named "Bartendro", a robot that is able to make cocktails.
This robot expertise, can help make meals, do laundry and feed the dog. But Rosie probably can not mix or Cosmopolitan killer landslides like this new robot designed by a California company.
Party Robotics, based in San Luis Obispo, California, is trying to raise funds through Kickstarter to further develop the company's open-source. Robot maker cocktail named "Bartendro", will be using open-source systems from both hardware and software.
Creators of this robot is Pierre Michael and Robert Kaye, they have managed to combine the experience with the software, as well as an open community and an electronic robot designer. Previous teams have also made a cooler for wine.
Quoted from Mashable, Saturday (09/03/2013), by making Bartendro, Michael revealed that they hope to reduce the complexity to make cocktails. By using Bartendro, it will be easier to make a cocktail, because only a poured automatically.
"Every time I would make the drink, it's always a mess., And I always wondered, is this feeling that I should drink beverages," said Michael.
With a design for a model size, Bartendro will be provided by the Arduino processor. This processor will be connected to the router and then to the board Raspberry Pi computer, and it certainly can make a connection to Wi-Fi. All connections can help create the perfect drink.
