Trial Completed, Windows 8 Start Sent to Vendor

Microsoft announced that development and testing of the operating system Windows 8 has been completed. Version of the Release to Manufacturing (RTM) has been sent to the computer maker and the tablet.

"Now they can begin to prepare for Windows-based personal computer 8, and the device they will begin to be introduced," the official team blog Microsoft on Windows, Wednesday (01/08/2012).

Initial sales of computers and tablet Windows 8, as well as Microsoft's Surface tablet, will be conducted after the launch on 26 October.

Microsoft provides a special service to loyal customers of Windows and IT professionals in the company.

"We will monitor and act on your real experience with Windows 8," says Microsoft's Windows chief Steven Sinofsky.

Users who use Windows 7, can upgrade to Windows 8 to pay 39.99 U.S. dollars.

On August 15, application developers can download the final version of Windows 8 through MSDN.

IT professionals who test Windows 8 for use in the company, receive rations on August 15 and are download via TechNet services.

Users who use Microsoft software assurance (Microsoft Software Assurance) will get Windows 8 Enterprise edition through the Volume License Service Center (VLSC) on August 16.

They are welcome to test Windows 8, for later adopted in the company. More information about specific services can be found at this link.

With the completion of the development of Windows 8, Microsoft will also open an online application store Windows Store on August 15.

Application developers can access the final technical equipment for the Metro-style applications on Windows Dev Center in late August.
