Galaxy S5 will be planted with 64-bit Processors


After Apple announced a 64-bit processor for the iPhone 5S, Samsung seems to not want to miss to use the same technology. Reporting from Gforgames, Tuesday (09/24/2013), Samsung is entering the final stages of developing a 64-bit processor that will be embedded in the Galaxy S5.

Well, by using a 64-bit architecture, allowing manufacturers to increase the memory capacity of RAM. "Not in the near future. But yeah, our new smartphone will have a 64-bit processor," Chief promises Samsung Mobile Business Shin Jong-kyun told The Korea Times some time ago.

To note, Apple's latest smartphone enhance runway, iPhone 5S. If iPhone 5 uses A6 chip, the iPhone 5S using A7 chip. This increase is claimed the company is able to deliver speeds 40 times that of the first generation iPhone.

Then by using the A7 chip 64-bit, this means that the iPhone 5S has CPU and a faster graphics card and ready to devour a variety of applications. Apple also bring support for OpenGL ES, which allows the iPhone 5S has a greater ability slick in terms of gaming.

In addition to the A7 chip, the iPhone 5S also has a co-processor that M7 has a variety of sensors, namely accelerometer, gyro, compass, which can be used for fitness and health applications.
